  My insurance company book a car for me. I went to pick the car up. First they offered me a silver Toyota Corolla which was scratched significantly. I refuted to have this car, again they registered me for a SUV car. I told them that my car was a Holden Cruze Sedan and I am looking for equivalent car. The guy told me that `No, no way, your insurance company ordered hatch car for you, we are unable to give you sedan`. I laughed and asked him that why he was giving me a scratched sedan? if he could not do?

  Me and my family had a wonderful experience with Nilesh from Hertz Canberra. He was very helpful and gave the appropriate advice and guidance as we were new to Canberra. Will definitely recommend tourist to seek Nilesh assistnace.

  I travel a lot and hire cars regularly and will never use Hertz again. We had family issues which resulted in us getting the vehicle back 1 hr after their cutoff and they charged us another full day on top at a higher rate than the daily rate for the previous 4 days. I went in to chat to Stephanie behind the counter and she couldn't even discuss the matter with me as I was happy to pay a fee for being 1 hour late but not a full day at a higher rate! She had no customer service skills what so ever! I was just told to take it up with a customer service number that wasn't even manned when I called after the car was dropped off. There are 4 or 5 other car hire companies at this airport, i have used Europe Car there in the past and they have been great so if you are going to hire a car at the canberra airport definelty do not use Hertz!

  Very disappointed in hertz Canberra (airport) we booked a car with a infant car seat in it and we get a car seat for a 2 year old that is rear facing with no infant insert and not reclined and not instructions book to tell us how to do it ( by Australian law you need it with the seat), whent back to get a replacement on seat and the two staff members that I Dealt with had no idea on how to install a seat and how it is meant to be reclined of a infant. After a lot of conversations with the two staff members one other member came over and put the seat how it ment to be with the correct inserts.
